Frequently Asked Questions

We require all purchasers to have a valid Tax Id and fill out the required forms. Forms must be refiled every year. We do not sell to individuals without a tax id. Examples of business we sell to include but are not limited to: Florist, Interior or exterior designers, schools, churches, non-profits and non-industry businesses looking to decorate for the holidays.

First time customers have an order minimum of $500. There are no minimums after the first order.

Depending on the size of your order, pick up here at the farm is highly encouraged. However, we do offer local delivery on orders over $500 or more for a fee. (Delivery cut off is one week before Christmas) We currently do not offer shipping. 

All items are cut to order and/or made by hand. Depending on the size of your order and requested materials, it can be next day or a few days. Pick up times will be discussed during pre-order or purchase.  

We accept card, check, or cash. At this time, we do not offer Venmo or PayPal services. Terms can be applied after the first four orders. Call for more information about terms. 

Every type of greenery we carry can be seen in the Fresh Cut Greenery Section of our website. If you are not seeing the type of greenery that you are looking for please give us a call to see if we have any available to cut.  

Products are not available year-round. However, pre orders start July 1st and continue until November 30th. Availability after designated pre order time may be limited. Greenery quantity varies year to year. Please contact us for the seasonal availability. 

If you have to store the greenery, it is recommended to soak cut stems in cool water for a few hours and mist lightly daily. For longer term storage soak for a few hours upon receiving your greens, store in a cool, humidity‑controlled space, and apply a light spray if needed. 

Yes, we sell a variety of premade wreaths and garland that can be found in the "Wreaths and Garland" section of our website. We can also do custom orders for wreaths, garlands, swags, grave blankets, and mantle pieces with Tax ID. Custom orders must be placed one week or more in advance. Please contact us for custom orders.
