 How Custom Wreath Orders Work:

• Place Your Order – Submit your preorder by phone or email no later than mid-November to secure your spot in our production schedule. Early orders are encouraged, as quantities are limited during peak season. Inquire for December availability.
• Provide Tax ID – We are wholesale only and all purchases require a valid tax ID on file. If you don’t already have one with us, tax ID forms are available to complete in our office during or prior to placing your order. Tax ID must be refiled yearly. 
• Confirm Details – Once we receive your preorder, we will review your requested sizes, styles, and quantities. At this stage, you’ll receive a formal quote along with an estimated timeline. We will also confirm whether your order will be scheduled for pickup or delivery.
• Production Time – Every wreath is handmade from freshly cut greenery. Because each piece is crafted to order, production time depends on the size and complexity of your request, as well as the number of orders already in queue.
• Schedule Pickup or Delivery – When your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time or confirm delivery (and fees) if requested. Orders must be picked up promptly to ensure the greenery stays fresh.
