Wreath Fundraiser Protocol

Initial Contact

Fundraiser organizers should reach out to us directly by phone or email to begin the process on or before Mid-October. Please provide your organization name, contact information, and estimated quantity needs.

Availability

Wreath fundraising opportunities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Early inquiry is strongly recommended to ensure we can accommodate your group's needs.

Pricing & Quote

Pricing will be provided based on style, size, quantity, and extras requested. Wholesale rates are available for approved fundraisers. Once details are discussed, we will issue a formal quote that outlines costs, available quantities, and estimated production timelines.

Sell by the Deadline

All fundraising groups must confirm their final order quantities by the sell-by deadline, which is typically set in early to mid-November. This ensures we have adequate time to build and prepare your wreaths.

Build

Each wreath is handmade to order using freshly cut greenery. Lead times will vary depending on your order size and requested seasonal materials.

Payment & Pickup

Payment is required at pickup unless other arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the ordering process. Once your wreaths are complete, we will notify you to arrange a pickup time. It is important that wreaths are picked up promptly to ensure freshness. Delivery options may be discussed depending on order size and location.
